With your chores done, cash in on Tempo Professional Choice scratch filler/primer, SEM 38203 guide coat black and Evercoat Glaze Coat spreadable or brushable polyester finishing putty (you can't wear this stuff). Also pick up Onion multi-layer mixing board, 80- and 180-grit sanding sticks and files, in addition to a tube of mixing hardener.

Remember to clean and dry the surface really well. The die-cast took a terrible tumble and required some TLC. Here, you can see how the putty was spread and pressed, and actually helps to form a part of the headlight ring. Other spots are evenly flush.

What do you notice or not notice about this here door? There's no door handle because it was puttied up, spread out like Cheez Whiz, then primered over and sanded a bit more.
